dr Gertrud Morlock WSO is glad to announce that Professor Gertrud Morlock from Justus Liebig University Giessen, Germany, will give a session during Stevia Tasteful 2022 about NanoGIT^+active and Super-Hyphenations - Detecting the Essentials of Food.

Professor Morlock is one of the core members of the scientific committee of the World Stevia Organization, and her expertise is a good added value for the congress. During the 8th World Convention on Stevia, in 2018, Prof. Morlock also won the first prize of the James A. May "Father of Stevia" Award for her excellent research on HTPLC analysis of steviol glycosides and (iso)steviol in Stevia products.
